In fact, any type of food can be eaten, paying attention only to its quantity and method of cooking. In this article, we will mention ways to prepare diet meals for dieters.

Meat and vegetables with soy sauce

the ingredients:

  • Five hundred grams of meat, cut lengthwise.
  • Two grains of red and yellow pepper.
  • A century of hot green pepper.
  • medium onion, and a little broccoli.
  • Two medium carrots.
  • Three tablespoons of soy sauce.
  • Two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
  • One cube of chicken broth.

How to prepare

  • Marinate the meat with soy and vinegar.
  • Chop the bell pepper, pepper and broccoli, and grate the carrots (put the broccoli in a separate bowl)
  • We filter the sauce on the meat in a cup and put it aside, then we start frying the meat in a frying pan over the fire.
  • Add broccoli to the meat when it starts to ripen, mix it well, then add a little sauce to it.
  • Gradually add the rest of the vegetables while continuing to stir, and add a little sauce in conjunction with adding the vegetables.
  • Add the chicken stock cube and water, and leave it until it is fully cooked.

Grilled chicken breast with vegetables

  • Chicken breast.
  • A piece of potato.
  • Medium carrot, onion and one green bell pepper.
  • A pinch of turmeric, cumin, black pepper, chicken seasoning, salt, dill, basil, mint, and celery.

  • Four crushed cloves of garlic.
  • A pinch of garlic powder.

How to prepare:

  • We wash the chicken breast well, then make several slits in it.
  • Soak it in water, apple cider vinegar and salt for a whole day.
  • Put the seasoning on the chicken and rub it well, insert the garlic and the seasoning through the cracks after removing the skin from them.
  • Add the vegetables after cutting them into cubes, and leave them for thirty minutes until they absorb the marinade.
  • We put the chicken and vegetables in the grill bag after putting two tablespoons of flour inside it, then we close it and make several holes in it.
  • We put it in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for forty-five minutes, or until it becomes tender.

Lentil soup for diet

the ingredients:

  • Two hundred and fifty grams of washed and filtered red lentils.
  • A medium-sized tomato, chopped.
  • Peeled carrot.
  • Two cloves of garlic.
  • Chopped small onion.
  • A pinch each of salt, turmeric, cumin and black pepper.

  • Put the lentils in a pot with a liter of water, tomatoes, carrots and garlic on the fire for twenty minutes.
  • Beat the mixture in an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Return the mixture to the saucepan over the heat, and add salt, turmeric, cumin and black pepper.
  • Sauté the onion over the stove, and garnish it with the lentils.
