Potato salad with mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Three pieces of boiled potatoes.
  • Five cloves of garlic.
  • Two tablespoons of mayonnaise.
  • pinch of salt.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Half a spoon of white pepper, as desired.

 

How to prepare

  • Boil the potatoes lightly, peel them, and place them in the electric blender.
  • Chop the garlic well, then put it in the blender with lemon, mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper, and mix these ingredients well.

  • Three cloves of garlic.
  • Green or red pepper.
  • A cube of vegetable stock.
  • Three tablespoons of vinegar.
  • Three tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Two cups of warm water.
  • Half a spoon of salt and black pepper.

How to prepare

  • Boil potatoes in boiling water with salt dissolved.
