Send a message from Yahoo Messenger

A message can be sent from Yahoo Messenger as follows:

• Launch Yahoo Messenger, then click on the “Send an SMS Message” icon in the list of actions.
• Clicking on the name of the contact to whom the user wishes to send the text message, and in general, the contact's mobile number must be attached to the special contact card in order for the text message to be sent and delivered, and if the contact's mobile number does not exist, the existing tips must be reviewed in order to Add the number to the contact card.
• Click on the “OK” icon, then enter the text message in the box provided for it.
• Click on the “Send” icon to send the message.

A text message can be sent from Yahoo as follows:

• Open a new web through the Internet, then log in to the user’s “Yahoo Mail” account.
• Click on the down arrow next to the “Compose Message” icon.
• Clicking on “SMS” in the drop-down menu called “Compose Message”.
• Specify the name of the country in which the recipient resides.
• Enter the recipient's phone number.
• Click on the mobile phone icon in the menu bar, then enter the message in the provided box.
• Press the “Enter” key on the keyboard to send the text message.

The Yahoo site contains a control bar through which some commands are performed, meaning that clicking on the icon leads to the following things:

• Message Subject: Opens and displays the message in the reading pane at the bottom of the message list.
• Reply: Choose to reply to sender only or all.

• Spam: Send a message to your spam folder.
• Move: Save the message to another folder set up by the user.
• Print: Print the message.
• Delete: Moves the message to the Trash folder. Generally, it can be retrieved from the Trash if the folder is not emptied.

Set up a yahoo mailing list

A new mailing list can be opened, and the people the user wants in it can be added through his Yahoo contacts as follows:

• Click on the Contacts icon at the top of the Yahoo Mail screen.
• Click on the “New List” icon from the right panel.
• Write the name of the list, then press the “Enter” button on the keyboard.
• Click on All Contacts from the left panel, then drag and drop the contacts into the new mail list.
