The oil extracted by this method is characterized by its strong smell that resembles the smell of meat, and it is possible to flavor the oil in several ways by adding accompanying oil to the oil. There is an old method that involves soaking clove sticks in water until they become soft and juicy and the sticks become saturated with a rich scent.
