Ingredients

How to prepare

  • Stir the boiled potatoes with a little milk, then add the melted butter, salt and pepper.
  • Place half the amount of potatoes on the bottom of the tray, spread it well, then add the minced meat mixture.
  • Add the rest of the potatoes, then add a sprinkle of breadcrumbs and butter on top.
  • Place the tray in the oven until it browns and serve it hot.

How to prepare

  • Place the potatoes in a deep pot, cover them with water, and place them on medium heat for half an hour until they are completely cooked. Then peel the potatoes while they are hot and place them in a deep dish.

  • Prepare the meat mixture by placing the meat and oil in a pot over medium heat for 8-10 minutes until the meat is cooked, then add the onions and garlic and stir until the onions soften, then add salt, pepper, turmeric, and coriander.
  • Place the meat mixture over the mashed potatoes and stir well.
  • Take an egg-sized amount of the meat and potato mixture, knead it slightly, and form it into a smooth ball, then complete the formation of the rest of the mixture into equal-sized balls.
  • Prepare the coating by putting the flour in a small dish, then placing the eggs in another dish and the bread crumbs in another dish.
  • Put a ball of kibbeh in the flour in order to cover it with a thin layer of it, then put it in the egg dish and stir it with a fork to cover it, then put it in the bread crumbs, and after finishing, put it in the tray.
  • Finish covering the rest of the kibbeh with flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs, then put it in the refrigerator for at least an hour until it sets.
  • Put an amount of oil in a deep frying pan and heat it over medium heat, then fry the kibbeh in batches until it becomes golden.
  • Place the kibbeh on kitchen paper to dry the excess oil, then serve it immediately.

Ingredients

How to prepare

  • Place the onions with the oil in a pot on the fire and stir them well, then add the minced meat, season it with salt and pepper and stir until cooked, then add the pine nuts and walnuts to the mixture.
  • Add the bulgur to the mashed potatoes and knead them well, then add the onions and flour and continue kneading, then add cumin, salt and pepper and continue kneading as well.
  • Place half the amount of dough in a tray greased with oil after finishing kneading, so that it is in the form of a layer, then put a layer of filling on top of it, then add the remaining amount of dough on top of it as a third layer, and put it in the oven at 180 degrees for an hour.
