Kibbeh dough ingredients:
- A kilogram of bulgur.

- Four tablespoons of starch.

How to prepare
Preparing the dough:
- Chop the onion into pieces, then chop the meat into medium-sized pieces.
- Soak the bulgur with water for ten minutes, then filter it.
- Place the bulgur, onion, salt, meat, pepper, cumin, and marjoram in a meat grinder with the fine blade attached.
- Chop the mixture twice.

How to prepare

- Mix the mixture for thirty seconds, then add the minced meat and stir the mixture for a minute.
- Transfer the meat to another bowl, then rub it well with your hand.
- Form the kibbeh into equal-sized discs, then fill it with meat.
