Kibbeh dough ingredients:

  • Big egg.
  • Four tablespoons of starch.
  • A quarter cup of fried pine nuts.

How to prepare

Preparing the dough:

  • Chop the onion into pieces, then chop the meat into medium-sized pieces.
  • Soak the bulgur with water for ten minutes, then filter it.
  • Place the bulgur, onion, salt, meat, pepper, cumin, and marjoram in a meat grinder with the fine blade attached.
  • Chop the mixture twice.

  • Put the oil in a thick-bottomed pot, and put the pot on the fire.
  • Add the meat to the pan, and stir the mixture until the meat dries.
  • Add the onions and stir the mixture until the onions wilt.
  • Add salt, black pepper, cardamom, allspice, and cinnamon.
  • Take a small egg-sized ball from the bulgur and meat mixture, then stuff the ball with a teaspoon of the filling.
  • Add water to a deep pot, bring the mixture to a boil, then put the kibbeh discs in it.
  • Leave the mixture to boil for ten minutes.
  • Bring a thick-bottomed pot and put the milk, starch, and eggs in it.
  • Place the pot on medium heat, stirring constantly, until the milk boils for ten minutes.
  • Serving the labneh kibbeh with pine nuts.

How to prepare

  • Mix the mixture for thirty seconds, then add the minced meat and stir the mixture for a minute.
  • Transfer the meat to another bowl, then rub it well with your hand.
  • Form the kibbeh into equal-sized discs, then fill it with meat.
