Crispy potatoes with flour

Ingredients

  • Three quarters of a cup of flour.
  • Half a cup of liquid milk.
  • Two eggs.
  • Four medium-sized potatoes.
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper.

How to prepare

  • Peel the potatoes, then cut them into medium-thick sticks.
  • We put them in a pot of water, wash them twice, and drain the water well to get rid of the largest amount of starch.
  • We put a pot with an amount of water suitable for the amount of potatoes, and leave it on the fire until it boils, then put the potatoes in the water, and leave them to boil for ten minutes until they are half cooked, then remove them.
  • In a bowl, mix the flour with half a cup of milk, add the eggs until we get a semi-liquid dough, then add salt and black pepper as desired.
  • Dip the potatoes in the mixture well after removing them from the water, then fry them in abundant oil in a wide frying pan.
  • We fry the potatoes in batches so that they do not knead, and flip them carefully until they become golden, then remove them from the oil and serve them.

Crispy potatoes with vinegar

  • Four medium-sized potatoes.
  • A quarter cup of vinegar.
  • Pinch of salt and black pepper.

How to prepare

  • Peel the potatoes and cut them into fingers.
  • We put an amount of water in a pot with salt on the fire, and when it boils, we pour a quarter cup of white vinegar.
  • Place the chopped potatoes and leave them to boil for only five minutes.
  • Remove the potatoes after time, then drain them and fry them in oil.

Oven crispy potatoes

  • A quarter of a teaspoon of salt.
  • A quarter teaspoon of garlic powder.
