Ingredients

  • Twenty sheets of spring roll dough.
  • Five hundred grams of minced meat.

  • A tablespoon of each: soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce.
  • A cup of each:
    • Chopped white cabbage.
    • Chopped purple cabbage.
    • grated carrots.
  • Corn oil for frying.

Paste ingredients:

  • Three tablespoons of water.
  • Three tablespoons of flour.

How to prepare

  • Heat the oil in a wide frying pan, then add the garlic and minced meat, stir and leave the meat to cook.
  • Add white cabbage, grated carrots, black pepper, purple cabbage, and coriander, and stir for 3-4 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat, then add soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Paste mixture: Place the flour and water in a small bowl, and stir until the flour dissolves.
