Which means gaining weight in a healthy and proper way without accumulating fat in the form of folds in various parts of the body.

  • The pieces of sweetness are crumbled and added to the rest of the ingredients, mixing them together until they are homogeneous. As for the method of use, it is by eating a tablespoon of the previous mixture at a rate of three times a day, with a cup of juice or a cup of milk.
