Taif
The city of Taif has a long history represented by the archaeological and historical buildings located in it, including the historical Okaz market, the Ain Zubaydah pool, the Bahr al-Ragha, the Saiysad dam, the Samlaqi dam, and the Shubra Palace, which was converted into a museum, and it was built during the Ottoman era, and there is a Musharrafah Palace and a mosque. Halima Al-Saadia, may God be pleased with her, and the Abdullah bin Al-Abbas Mosque; It is the largest historical mosque there, the silt quarry or the Al-Wahbah crater, the Abu Zaid Al-Hilali stadium, the ancient pedestrian path that can be seen by riding the cable car, and there is Umm Al-Sabaa, which is full of Islamic inscriptions and decorations, and the Al-Shifa area, which contains many forts and castles.

Taif is one of the oldest cities in the world. As it dates back to before Christ, and some suggest that it was during the era of the Prophet Ibrahim, peace be upon him.

Among the exhibitions there is the permanent exhibition of the Secretariat of Taif, the exhibition of wildlife, the Taif International Conference and Exhibition Center, the Center for the Gifted, the Taif Public Library, the Abdullah bin Abbas Mosque Library and Museum, the Taif Cultural and Literary Club, and the Culture and Arts Association.
