The bridge exercise can be practiced by lying on the back, placing the arms on the side, bending the knees, placing the feet firmly on the ground, tightening the stomach muscles, raising the hips to the same level as the shoulders, and keeping the shoulders and upper back on the ground for five seconds before lowering the hips to the ground.

pelvic exercises

Pelvic floor exercises can be done by lying on the back on the mat, bending the knees, placing the feet flat on the floor, tilting the pelvis and hips up and leaving the small part of the back on the floor for five seconds.

Abdominal breathing exercise

Breathing from the abdomen helps to relax, strengthen and tighten the abdominal muscles, and it can be practiced by lying on the back comfortably, placing the hands on the abdomen, taking a deep breath from the nose, exhaling the breath from the mouth, and then pulling the abdomen back, while contracting and tightening the abdominal muscles. Duration of 3 seconds, and repeat the exercise 5-10 times, 3 times a day.
