Crunch exercises can be performed by following the following steps:

  • Lie on your back with your knees bent.
  • Place the feet on the ground.
  • Tighten the stomach muscles.
  • Place the hands interlaced behind the head.
  • Raise shoulders off the ground.
  • Return to the starting position.
  • Repeat the exercise.

Bridge exercise

The bridge exercise can be practiced by following the following steps:

  • Lie on your back.
  • Place the arms at the sides.
  • Bend the knees.
  • Place the feet firmly on the ground.
  • Tighten the stomach muscles.
  • Raise the hips to the same level as the shoulders, keeping the shoulders and upper back on the ground, and maintain this position for five seconds.

Pelvic exercise

Pelvic exercise can be done by following the following steps:

  • Lie on your back on a rug or bed.
  • Bend the knees.
  • Place the feet flat on the floor.
  • Raise the pelvis and hips up, leaving the back on the floor for five seconds.

Abdominal breathing exercise

Belly breathing helps to relax, strengthen and tighten the abdominal muscles, and can be practiced according to the following steps:

  • Lie comfortably on your back on a sofa or bed.
  • Place your hands on your stomach and relax.
  • Take a deep breath from the nose.
  • Exhaling the breath from the mouth.
  • Pull the abdomen back while exhaling, contracting and tightening the abdominal muscles for 3 seconds.
  • Repeat the exercise 5-10 times, 3 times a day.
