Military diet

It is believed that this system is one of the nutrition systems that were designed with the aim of helping to lose weight quickly within a week. When applied, it is possible to benefit from losing approximately 4.5 kg per week until reaching the desired weight, based on a food plan divided into two phases, so that the plan is applied for a period of time. Three days in which food is eaten so that the amount of calories obtained ranges between 1100-1400 calories per day, then stop eating for 4 days with a commitment to eating healthy foods, and repeating this pattern on a weekly basis until reaching the desired goal.

During the first day of the diet, meals are organized to include about 1400 calories, as follows:

  • the lunch: Lunch consists of half a cup of tuna, along with a slice of plain or toasted bread, with a cup of sugar-free tea or coffee.
  • the Dinner: Dinner consists of half a cup of green beans, along with about 85 grams of meat, in addition to half a banana and a small apple, and a cup of vanilla ice cream is also added to the meal.

the second day

The meals of the second day of the diet are organized to include about 1200 calories, as follows:

  • the breakfast: The breakfast of the second day consists of a slice of toast, along with a cooked egg, and half a banana.
  • the lunch: Lunch is prepared to include a cup of soft white cheese (cottage cheese), a boiled egg, and about five pieces of salted biscuits.
  • the Dinner: Dinner includes two sausages, a cup of broccoli, half a banana, and a cup of vanilla ice cream.

the third day

The meals of the third day are organized to contain an amount of 1100 calories, as follows:

  • the breakfast: The breakfast of the third day of the diet is prepared, which includes a small piece of apple, with a slice of cheddar cheese, in addition to about five pieces of salted biscuits.
  • the lunch: Lunch is a boiled egg with a slice of plain or toasted bread.
  • the Dinner: Dinner is prepared to consist of a cup of tuna, half a banana, and a cup of vanilla ice cream.
The aforementioned items can be replaced with alternatives of the same nutritional value, and it is advised not to increase the calories consumed during the second phase of the diet, which is the remaining four days, for 1500 calories.
