Before starting the diet, it must be noted that a bad lifestyle and lack of movement are the most important causes of excess weight, so it is necessary to balance the calories that enter the body and the calories that come out of it, and this system helps to balance this. Below we show the appropriate diet for a week.

  • The first day: This day is considered a preparatory step for the weight loss week, so it is recommended to distribute the meals correctly. So that you never feel hungry, and you can eat all kinds of fruits except bananas, with a lot of melons and watermelons.
  • The second day: This is the vegetable day. You can eat all kinds of vegetables, whether they are fresh or cooked, provided that you do not add any type of fat while cooking them. We suggest that you start your day with a piece of boiled potato. it provides the body with enough energy to complete the day.
  • The third day: You will never go hungry today, as it is the day of fruits and vegetables together; Where you are allowed to eat any mixture of vegetables and fruits - except for bananas and potatoes -; to provide your body with vitamins and minerals.
  • The fourth day: you only eat bananas and milk, and all you have to do is distribute ten bananas and four cups of milk to meals that you consume throughout the day; So you don't feel hungry.
  • The fifth day: Today you will eat different food than before, eat a small amount of rice with six grains of tomatoes, spread throughout the day, but you must help your body to get rid of the tomato salts, by drinking more water than the amount you drank in the previous days .
  • Day Six: There is a little extra weight left, so you can eat a small plate of rice with all the vegetables you desire, and the amount you want.
  • The seventh day: We advise you to eat a plate of rice and vegetables, and to drink plenty of fresh juices, especially orange juice, as it is rich in vitamin C.

Note: For the success of this system, make sure to drink at least ten glasses of water per day, except for the fifth day, so you must drink more than that.
