Mixtures to get rid of excess weight

Parsley mixtures

  • Place a cup of finely chopped parsley, two cups of round-cut natural cucumber, six tablespoons of natural lemon juice, a tablespoon of finely ground ginger, two stalks of celery, and a cup of warm water, in the electric blender, for five minutes or more. A little until we get a cohesive and homogeneous mixture, and drink one cup of this mixture daily.

  • Place half a spoonful of finely ground cinnamon, half a spoonful of grated ginger, half a spoonful of finely ground cumin, half a spoonful of fresh lemon juice, and two slices of lemon with the peel, over a cup of pure boiling water, leave it aside for ten minutes, then drink. A cup of it before every meal.
  • We peel a kilo of fresh lemons, then squeeze the lemon, put a pot containing a sufficient amount of water on medium heat, add the lemon peel to the water and leave it to boil for a quarter of an hour on low heat, then turn off the heat and add fresh lemon juice, and drink a cup of the mixture before a quarter of a day.
