Windows 10

The language is changed in the Windows 10 operating system as follows:

• Login to the operating system with an administrator account (in English: Administrator).
• Open the Settings window (in English: Settings), and you can press the Windows button and the letter H on the keyboard to do so.
• Click on the language and time settings (in English: Time & language).
• Choose the region and language settings from the right side of the window (the left if the language is not Arabic).
• Click on the “Add a language” button.
• Choose the desired language from the list of available languages.
• Return to the region and language settings, and then click on the language that was added, followed by pressing the “Set as default” button (in English: Set as default).

Thus, the user's new language will be approved when logging back in to the device. To change the language on the Windows splash screen and also change it for any new user that is created later, the following steps are followed:

• Go to the control panel (in English: Control panel) and select “Region” (in English: Region).
• After opening the region window, “administrative” is selected from the top of the window.
• Click on the “Copy settings” button.
• Under the phrase “Copy your current settings to”, the “Welcome screen and system accounts” and “New user accounts” options are activated.
• Click on the “OK” button and restart the system.

Windows 8

To change the system language in the Windows 8 operating system, the following steps are followed:

• Entering the control panel, and this is done by moving the mouse pointer to the right of the screen, a display will appear, then Settings (in English: Settings) is selected, and then the control panel option (in English: Control panel).
• Clicking on the phrase “Add a language” (in English: Add a language), thus a new window will open.
• In the new window, the “Add a language” button is pressed.
• Choose the desired language from the list of available languages.
• Some language packs may need to be downloaded, by clicking on “Options” next to the language, and then clicking on “Download and install language pack”.
• After completing the download and installation of the language (if required), the language to be made as the primary system language is uploaded by clicking on it and then pressing the “Move up” button (in English: Move up) until it becomes the first among the languages.
• Log out and then log back into the system.

Windows 7

To change the system language in the Windows 7 operating system, the following steps are followed:

• Press the start button (in English: Start), which represents the Windows operating system logo.
• Write the following sentence in the search box: change display language

• A list of search results will appear. Click on the Change display language option, and thus a new window will open.
• Choose the Languages ​​and Keyboards option from the top of the window.
• Clicking on the Install/uninstall languages ​​button, a new window will open.
• Clicking on the Install display languages ​​option, the user will be given the choice of the location from which the language pack will be downloaded, and then the option to open the Windows Update window will be pressed (in English: Launch Windows Update).
• After the updates window appears, click on “Optional updates are available” preceded by a number representing the number of updates.
• Under the list of Windows 7 Language Packs (in English: Windows 7 Language Packs), the desired language is selected from among the available languages, and then press the OK button (in English: OK).
• Click on the Install updates button.
• Go to the recently opened Region and Language window.
• Choose the recently installed language from the list of languages ​​at the bottom of the window.
• Press the OK button.
• Re-log in to the system.

Mac OS

Usually, the language of Macs running the Mac OS operating system (in English: MacOS) is the same as the language of the country from which the device was purchased, but if the language is not what the user desires, the following steps are followed:

• From the Apple menu (in English: Apple menu), system settings are selected (in English: System Preferences).
• Click on the Language & Region option.
• From the window that appears, it is possible to either add a new language by clicking on the plus icon, or change the language by clicking on the desired language and moving it up the list of preferred languages ​​(in English: Preferred languages).

Add or change the writing language in the Windows operating system

To change the keyboard language in which writing is written in the Windows 8 and Windows 10 operating systems, the following steps are followed:
