  • Prepare a medium-sized oven dish, then line the mold with a piece of aluminum foil and leave part of the paper outside the dish.
  • Place the turmeric, coriander, chicken, onion, garlic, pepper, potatoes, oil, lemon juice, salt, oregano, and cinnamon in a deep dish, and stir the chicken, potatoes, and spices with your fingertips until the ingredients are completely mixed.

How to prepare

  • Add the chicken, green pepper and red pepper and stir the ingredients for about two minutes until the vegetables soften, then add the parsley.
  • Distribute the mixture over the potatoes in the dish, distribute ketchup over the chicken mixture, add half the amount of mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese, then distribute the rest of the potato slices to cover the chicken mixture.
  • Distribute the mixture over the potatoes in the dish and distribute the remaining amount of cheese.
  • Place the tray of potatoes in the oven for approximately thirty to forty minutes until the potatoes are completely cooked and golden.
