Mix three tablespoons of thyme oil with three tablespoons of rosemary oil, rub the mixture on the scalp, leave it for two hours, then wash it.

  • Good nutrition: There is no doubt that the health and safety of the body from the inside is reflected in its safety from the outside, so making sure to eat foods rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals, strengthens the roots of the hair, and gives strength to its follicles, and thus protects it from falling out.
