Women often find themselves in situations where they need to prepare food in a short time, and when they do not know about fast and useful foods, they may resort to buying ready-made food, especially if they are surprised by a sudden meal, but there are several easy, light and quick-prepared foods that do not take more than an hour and a half to prepare. We will show some of these foods: stuffed bell peppers and Italian pie.

 

Stuffed bell pepper

  • Six colored bell peppers.
  • Six eggs.
  • A cup of white cheese.
  • A cup of yellow cheese, mozzarella.

  • Two tomatoes.
  • Half a tablespoon of tomato paste.

How to prepare

  • Remove the pulp from the bell pepper and place it in a tray.
  • The filling mixture is prepared by mixing the coriander and parsley together, then adding the white and yellow cheese to it and mixing them well.
  • Bring the eggs, separate the whites from the yolks, and keep the yolks in another bowl.
  • Add the egg whites to the filling mixture after adding salt and spices (as desired), and mix well.
  • Place a little of the filling on the tomato sauce that has been prepared over the fire.
  • When the sauce is cooked, place the filling in the bell peppers, then fill each pepper by two-thirds, then place an egg yolk on each bell pepper, and place the sauce in the tray between the peppers.
  • Place in the oven for 15 minutes until the filling blends together, especially the cheese.
  • After taking it out of the oven, sprinkle it on top with chopped parsley or any crushed green leaves.

Italian pie

Ingredients

  • Dough:
    •  Three and a half cups of flour.
    • Three quarters of a cup of warm water.
    • Small spoon of salt.
    • A tablespoon of powdered milk.
    • tow big spoon of sugar.
    • Three tablespoons of oil.
  • Filling:
    • Half a kilo of chicken breast.
    • A cup of mushrooms.
    • A cup of mozzarella cheese.
    • Two bell peppers.
    • Onion.
    • A quarter cup of cooking cream.

How to prepare

  • To prepare the filling
    • Place the onion on the stove with a little oil, and after it turns golden, add the bell pepper, then stir well.
    • Add mushrooms to onions and peppers.
    • After that, add the chicken, stir the mixture well, then add salt and spices as desired.
    • Leave on low heat until the chicken is cooked.
    • Cooking cream is added to the mixture. Cooking cream can be prepared at home. It consists of a spoonful of milk, a spoonful of starch, and a cup of water. Place them on the fire until they are combined, then salt is added to it. After that, a can of cream is added to it according to the desired degree of fatness.
    • Before the mixture is cooked and the cream is combined with the chicken, prepare the dough.
  • To prepare the dough
    • Place all the dry ingredients on the flour, then beat the eggs with the oil, then put them on the flour, add water, and the dough process is done.
    • Leave the dough for only 10 minutes, then cut the dough into large circles, fill it on one side and place slices of cheese on it, then slice the second side and close it on the first part.
    • Brush the pie with egg yolk, and sprinkle sesame or black seed on top, as desired.

How to prepare

  • Cut the onions, tomatoes, cold peppers, and sausages into small squares.
  • Carrots and potatoes are grated.
  • Beat the eggs and add the vegetables, salt and fine black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and put the mixture on the frying pan until it is level on the bottom.
  • Then it is placed in the oven until the upper part is cooked. Here you go.

 

Pasta with vegetables and tuna

  • Two cans of tuna, each weighing 200 grams.

  • A cup of vegetables; Carrots, peas, corn, or mushrooms, as desired.
  • Two cups of white sauce or béchamel.
  • Seven slices of kraft cheese.
  • A quarter cup of breadcrumbs.
  • A tablespoon of melted butter on the stove.

How to prepare

  • Place the oil, onions, and garlic in a pot on the fire, and stir until the onions wilt, then add the tuna and stir over low heat until it disintegrates, then remove the pot from the heat.
  • Add the pre-boiled pasta and vegetables to the previous ingredients, then stir them all.
  • Place the pasta mixture in a medium-sized tray, cover the surface with white sauce or béchamel, then arrange the cheese and spread the breadcrumbs over the cheese and butter on the surface.
  • Place the tray in a medium-heat oven for five minutes, then take it out of the oven and cut it.
