Ingredients

  • Three medium loaves of Arabic bread.
  • A can of ready-made chickpeas.
  • A quarter cup of fried pine nuts in a small amount of olive oil.
  • Two tablespoons of dry mint.
  • Two tablespoons of chili paste (optional).

Fattah sauce ingredients

  • Two cups of yogurt.
  • Four cloves of crushed garlic.
  • Small spoon of salt.
  • Two tablespoons of vegetable oil.

 

How to prepare

  • Cut the Arabic bread into small pieces.
  • We prepare a medium frying pan and put the vegetable oil and Arabic bread inside it. Stir well until the bread is well browned on both sides, then remove the frying pan from the heat.
  • Place the Arabic bread in a serving dish, then place the chickpeas on it.
  • Place the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well until the ingredients are combined, then place it on top of the bread and hummus.
  • Bring a small frying pan and put the oil, chili paste, and dry mint in it, stir well, then remove it from the heat.
  • Place the mint and chili on top of the hummus and bread mixture, then add the fried pine nuts to the top.

  • Black pepper to taste.
  • A teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • A teaspoon of cumin.
  • A teaspoon of mixed spice.
  • A tablespoon of chicken spice.

  • Bring a bowl, put the chicken fillet and spices in it, and mix well.
  • Place a wide frying pan on the fire and put the oil, onions, and crushed garlic inside it and stir well until the mixture is cooked.
  • Add the chicken fillet and continue stirring until completely cooked, then remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.
  • Get another frying pan and put the oil and potatoes in it and stir well until cooked, then remove the frying pan from the heat and set the potatoes aside.
  • We put the pan back on the heat, add the carrots, and stir well until cooked, then remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.
  • Prepare a medium bowl, put the sauce ingredients in it and mix well until the ingredients are combined with each other.
  • Prepare a serving plate and put half the amount of toasted Arabic bread, the ready-made chickpeas, the chicken mixture, the vegetable mixture, and the sauce in it, in addition to the remaining amount of Arabic bread, and a little parsley on top, and serve.
