Sausage is considered a ready-made meat from which many dishes can be prepared. It is characterized by its delicious taste, the method of preparation is easy and simple, and does not require a lot of time. In this article, we will learn how to prepare sausages with red sauce, how to prepare sausages with onions, and sausages with eggs.

 

How to make sausages with hot sauce

the ingredients:

  • One kilogram of sausage.
  • Three tablespoons of butter.
  • A finely chopped onion.
  • Four cloves of crushed garlic.
  • Two horns of chopped green pepper.
  • A tomato, finely chopped.
  • A quarter cup of liquid chili.
  • A quarter cup of vinegar.
  • A spoonful of crushed chili.
  • A spoonful of ground coriander.
  • spoonful of salt;
  • a spoonful of sugar;
  • An amount of chopped parsley for garnish.

How to prepare:

  • Cut the sausages in half using a sharp knife.
  • Place the butter in a wide frying pan, and place it over medium heat until it melts.
  • Add the sausage pieces to the butter, and leave them at a high temperature until they dry and turn golden in color.
  • Remove the sausages from the pan, drain them, and set them aside.
  • We add the remaining butter, onions, garlic, and pepper, and stir the ingredients well until the onions become soft, then add the tomatoes, vinegar, crushed chili pepper, salt, sugar, and coriander, and leave the sauce on the fire for five minutes.
  • Add the sausage pieces to the sauce, and leave them on the fire for five minutes, until they are completely cooked.
  • Pour the sausage and hot sauce into a suitable serving bowl, and sprinkle fine parsley over it.

Sausage method with onions

the ingredients:

  • A tomato cut into slices.
  • A red onion cut into slices.
  • Small spoon of salt.
  • One tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Five hundred grams of sausage.

How to prepare:

  • Place the sausages, onions, tomatoes, lemon juice, and salt in a deep bowl, and mix all the ingredients together.
  • Place the ingredients in the pan over medium heat, and leave them until cooked.

 

Sausage with eggs

the ingredients:

  • Two eggs.
  • An amount of fine parsley.
  • Six finely chopped green onions.
  • A slice of cucumber.
  • Two pieces of chopped sausage.
  • A sprinkle of black pepper.
  • An amount of white cheese as desired.
  • A slice of mortadella.
  • Half a spoonful of salt.
  • a teaspoon of butter.

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the sausages, and stir well until cooked.
  • Add the eggs, and stir the ingredients well.
