In general, most of these habits are considered bad for people of normal weight or those who tend to be overweight. In the case of people who want to gain weight, there are some tips that can be followed during the month of Ramadan to gain at least five to seven kilograms in one month. The first of these tips is to drink banana milk frequently during the period between breakfast and suhoor, because of the great benefit of this drink in helping to get rid of thinness.
