Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is a herbaceous annual plant belonging to the legume family. The height of the plant ranges from twenty to sixty centimeters, and its stem is hollow and several branches are formed from it. At the end of each branch are three long and serrated leaves, and from the base there are yellow flowers that They become fruits in the form of hooked pods similar to pepper pods, the length of the pod reaches ten centimeters, and inside these pods there are several yellow or red seeds (fenugreek) that resemble a kidney in shape. The parts used from the fenugreek plant are the seeds in addition to the germinated seeds.

Fenugreek was mentioned in the Sunnah of the Prophet, where it is said: The Messenger, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, returned to Saad bin Abi Waqqas in Makkah, and he said: Call a doctor for him. Wet they cook, and he feels them, so he did that, and he was acquitted.

Fattening methods using the ring

  • Bring a spoonful of fenugreek and drink it with water, then a little of any type of juice to remove the taste of fenugreek, and repeat this process six times a day until you see the result, and the process may be difficult at first, but by continuing it.
  • Using a ground fenugreek decoction, by putting a spoonful of ground fenugreek into a liter of water, boiling for a minute, then filtering it and drinking it throughout the day in multiple doses of half a cup every hour.
  • Mix ten grams of ground fenugreek and the same amount of olive oil, mix and take this amount in four divided doses throughout the day.
  • Fenugreek oil can be used mixed with castor oil in equal amounts and massaged into the area to be fattened.
  • Mix five tablespoons of fenugreek, with three tablespoons of sugar, and one tablespoon of black honey and boil in water so that honey is placed first, then fenugreek, stirring, then sugar as desired.

  • Fenugreek contains an acid called (4HO-Ile), which is based on enhancing insulin secretion when blood sugar rises.
  • Protect the risk of heart disease and blood vessel problems.
  • It treats the following diseases: gout, abscesses, eczema, and burns.
