  • Glycolipids: It results from the union of fats with sugar and is an important part of building the melanin membrane.
  • Astrolipids: They are double rings of fats that may be hexagonal or pentagonal.

  • Avoid fast food and oil-based foods, such as potatoes.
  • Do not eat too much red meat and replace it with white meat because it contains less fat.
