Amber

Amber is a natural substance with a pleasant smell extracted from the stomach of an animal called a sperm whale. It comes in several colors, including grey, white, yellow, and black. The best type is gray amber, and the least quality is black amber.

Amber is mainly used in the manufacture of perfumes, and it also has many medical uses, including weight gain (fattening), which we will present in this article, in addition to the method of using it for fattening, and some other natural recipes for the same purpose.

  • Milly amber, which has a whitish-yellow color, increases weight harmoniously in all parts of the body.
  • Gray cow amber increases weight in different parts of the body.
  • It increases appetite, which increases weight.

Ways to use amber for fattening

  • Mix 11 grams of millet amber with one kilogram of honey, and eat it in the morning before breakfast, on a daily basis.
  • Mix a very small amount of half a teaspoon of blue amber with a cup of yoghurt, milk, juice or honey, and drink it after every meal.

  • Mix two tablespoons of ground pistachios with the same amount of honey and an amount of raisins and fenugreek.

Sesame

  • Eat a cup of sesame throughout the day, by adding it to your food, or a cup of milk and drinking it.
  • You can also mix sesame with an amount of honey and eat it at several times during your day.

Milk and dates

  • Add seven dates to a cup of whole milk.
  • Drink milk with dates twice a day, once before bed and once in the morning.

Fenugreek and sweet almonds

  • Mix 100 grams of fenugreek with an equal amount of sugar and sweet almonds, then grind them well.
  • Divide the mixture into twenty-four portions, take one portion daily.

Dates, honey and coconut

  • Eat three dates, three tablespoons of coconut, and two tablespoons of honey.
  • Eat the previous ingredients after every meal.
