  • The fifth day: It is the last day of the water diet. You must drink eight cups of water, but if you feel hungry and tired, you can eat a small amount of meat and a few tomatoes.
After completing the period of the water diet, the person can return to his normal condition, but he must follow a specific diet that he adheres to.
