It is known as a soup consisting of barley flour bran, and it is prepared by bringing an amount of barley flour bran, equivalent to two tablespoons, to be added to a cup of water, and the mixture is cooked over low heat for a period not exceeding five minutes, then a cup of milk and a little honey are added. It is then eaten, preferably in the morning instead of breakfast or in the evening instead of dinner. It was given this name because it resembles milk in terms of color and texture.
