How to prepare

  • Wash the rice well and soak it in warm water for 20 minutes. After the time has passed, drain the rice from the soaking water and wash it again.
  • Wash all vegetables used in cooking well.
  • Peel the carrots, then on a vegetable cutting board, cut the carrots into small cubes, and chop the onions very finely.
  • Place the vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat with the chopped onions and crushed garlic, and stir the ingredients until the onion changes color to golden brown.
  • Add the peas, chopped carrots, corn, and mushrooms, and stir with the onions for five minutes.
  • Pour five cups of water over the vegetables, add salt, cumin, cinnamon, maggi, and ginger, and leave on the fire until the water boils.
  • Add the rice and wait until it boils, then reduce the heat and leave until the rice is cooked.
