How to make a vegetable tray in the oven

  • Half a kilo of small potatoes (medium ripeness).
  • Four carrots cut into slices.
  • Four tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Small cabbage (quantity as desired).
  • Black pepper and salt (to taste).
  • Dried basil.
  • Oregano (wild thyme).
  • A pinch of sea salt.
  • Dried thyme.

 

How to prepare

  • Bring a tray of appropriate size for the amount of vegetables, then add olive oil to it.
  • Place the potatoes in the tray and coat them completely with oil.
  • After that, add the carrots and cabbage to the tray and sprinkle black pepper, salt, basil, sea salt, dried thyme, and oregano over the ingredients.
  • Finally, spread a small amount of oil over the ingredients, then place the tray in the oven at 250 degrees Celsius and leave it for half an hour.
  • After the vegetables are cooked, place them in a serving dish.

  • A bunch of chopped parsley.
  • Two cups of tomato juice.
  • A kilo of minced meat.
  • Four tomatoes.
  • Ten small onions.
  • Two large eggplants.
  • A piece of green pepper.
  • Three potatoes.
  • Four medium-sized carrots.
  • Four medium-sized zucchinis.
  • Four tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  • Half a teaspoon of cardamom.

How to prepare

  • Put the oil in the pan, then add the onions and fry them until they become soft.
  • Cut the zucchini, carrots, eggplant, potatoes, peppers, and tomatoes into equal-sized pieces and add them to the onions.
  • Sprinkle over the vegetables half the amount of spices we mentioned in the ingredients and stir over low heat until they are almost cooked.
  • Mix the parsley and minced meat with the remaining amount of spices, then shape the mixture into small circles, then fry them in oil for five minutes.
  • Bring an oven tray and put the meatballs in it, then the vegetables.
  • Dissolve a chicken stock cube in tomato juice, add a cup of water, then pour the mixture into the vegetable tray.
  • Place the tray in a medium temperature oven for forty-five minutes or until the vegetables are cooked.
  • Take the tray out of the oven after the vegetables are fully cooked and place them on serving plates.
