  • Drink about eight glasses of water daily.
  • Practice walking for a quarter of an hour daily to tighten the body’s muscles.
  • Diet drinks should not be consumed as they have a negative impact on the diet.
  • If there is a need to add sugar, it must be reserved for the diet and in as small a quantity as possible.
  • Eat slowly to feel full faster and with a small amount of food.
  • It is preferable two hours before a meal to eat only one type of vegetable, such as lettuce or cucumber.
  • Take laxative herbs to avoid constipation.
  • Avoid eating sweets, as they contain sugar, which will destroy the system and slow down the desired results.

Weekly system
