How to prepare cabbage soup

the ingredients:

  • One medium-sized onion, chopped.
  • Two cloves of crushed garlic.
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Two green pepper pods.
  • Three carrots.
  • A teaspoon of salt and another spoon of black pepper.
  • A bunch of parsley or celery.

  • Day four: Eat eight bananas alongside cabbage soup and eat a lot of skim milk, which is drinking cabbage soup while eating about eight bananas and drinking unlimited amounts of skim milk.
  • Day five: Eat half a kilo of meat with cabbage soup and six tomatoes.
  • Day Six: Add a little red or white meat to the cabbage soup, and you can also eat some fruit.
  • Day 7: Eat cabbage soup with plenty of brown rice and boiled vegetables.
