It is also prepared in a simple way, and does not require a long time to prepare for it, and in this article We will present how to make potato stew in an easy way, with sequential steps:

Prepare it

the ingredients:

  • A cup of chopped boneless meat.
  • Four potatoes cut into cubes.
  • A teaspoon of cinnamon.
  • A teaspoon of mixed spice.
  • Teaspoon salt.
  • quarter tea spoon of black Peper.
  • A teaspoon of ground cumin.
  • A teaspoon of finely chopped coriander.
  • A teaspoon of fine cardamom.
  • Two tablespoons of ghee, or vegetable oil.
  • Two heads of finely chopped onions.
  • Seven garlic cloves, finely chopped.
  • Four peeled tomatoes.
  • Two tablespoons of tomato paste.
  • Three cups of water.
  • Two tablespoons of lemon juice.
  • A tablespoon of olive oil.
  • A cup of chopped green coriander.

How to prepare:

  • We season the meat pieces with spices: salt, black pepper, ground cumin, ground cardamom, mixed spices, fine cinnamon, and fine dried coriander, and stir the meat with the spices well, until the meat takes on the taste and color of the spices.
  • We heat an amount of ghee or oil as desired in a special cooking pot, add the spiced meat pieces to it, and stir them until they take on a golden color and close their pores.
  • Add finely chopped onions and half the amount of crushed garlic to the meat, and stir them well for two minutes, until the onion and garlic smell fragrant.
  • We put the peeled and grated tomatoes with the tomato paste sauce on the meat, then stir all the ingredients carefully for a few minutes, until we hear a crackling sound for the meat.
  • Cover the meat and vegetables with plenty of water, and leave them for at least half an hour until the meat is completely cooked.
  • We put an amount of oil in a frying pan, and heat it until we fry the potato cubes, until they turn golden, and then they complete the cooking stage with the vegetables and meat.
  • Add the fried potatoes to the vegetables and meat after they are completely cooked. Leave the ingredients on low heat for ten minutes.
  • We heat an amount of ghee in a new frying pan, and stir the rest of the garlic until it takes on a golden color, then add the green coriander, and stir for a few minutes until the coriander wilts, and then decorate the top of the potato stew with it when serving it.
