How to cook cauliflower

The flower plant, cauliflower, or cauliflower, are all names for the same plant. It is an annual plant whose mature fruits are collected once by removing it from the soil. It is grown by transplantation, and its fruits are collected at least three months after planting. This is achieved by providing the appropriate climatic conditions for growth, such as not being exposed to sunlight permanently, irrigating it on a daily basis, and maintaining soil moisture, taking into account that fertilizers rich in nutrients are added to it on a regular basis. The edible part of the flower plant is the pulp, and its color is white, off-white, or yellow.

Methods of cooking cauliflower

It is recommended to eat the flower on a regular basis, and the kitchen should not be devoid of its presence due to its many benefits in preserving eyesight and fighting cancer cells and heart disease. The flower can be prepared in several different forms, and below we will show you some of them.

Grilled flower

the ingredients:

  • butter.
  • Three quarters of a cup of chicken stock.
  • Flower.
  • dill.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • A sprinkle of pepper.

How to prepare:

  • Melt the butter in a frying pan, then add the dill and stir well until the ingredients are mixed.
  • We place the flower in high-end Pyrex.
  • We brush the flower with the butter and dill mixture, then pour the rest over the flower.
  • Sprinkle the flower with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the cauliflower.
  • Cover the pyrex with tin foil.
  • Place the Pyrex in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • We take it out of the pyrex and put it in a serving dish.

Fried cauliflower with tahini

the ingredients:

  • Cut flower.
  • Three tablespoons of tahini.
  • a spoonful of water.
  • A sprinkle of pepper.
  • A clove of garlic.
  • Salt, to taste.
  • Two tablespoons of milk.
  • frying oil.
  • Pomegranate molasses for garnish.
  • Chopped parsley for garnish.

How to prepare:

  • Put the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the chopped flowers.
  • Fry the flower for several minutes until it becomes golden in color.
  • Place: tahini, water, garlic, and black pepper in a bowl, then mix the ingredients together until combined.
  • Place the fried cauliflower pieces in a plate, then add the tahini mixture to it.
  • Add pomegranate molasses and parsley for garnish.

Zahra pickle

the ingredients:

  • a glass of water.
  • Small head of flower.
  • a tablespoon of salt.
  • A sprinkle of sugar.
  • food dye
  • A spoon of white vinegar.
  • A jar for pickling.

How to prepare:

  • Dissolve the salt in a cup of water.
  • Add the food dye and stir.
  • Pour the mixture into the jar over the flower pieces.
