  • We keep this mixture in a bottle and put it in the refrigerator. We drink the mixture before bed instead of dinner, and we must not drink or eat anything after it.
  • To speed up the results of losing weight, we exercise (walking) for half an hour daily. The results will be in two weeks, God willing.

  • Thyme and green tea mixture: We prepare a spoonful of each of the following ingredients: thyme, cinnamon, ginger, green tea, cumin, and pomegranate peel), and mix all the ingredients so that they become thick like dough, then we form small discs from them, and put them in the refrigerator (freezer). We take a tablet a quarter of an hour before each meal for a month.
