Lemonade

Lemon contains enzymes that remove dead cells from the skin, help clean it and lighten spots and scars on it, which helps increase its softness and soften it, and make it more vibrant. It also contains astringent properties that clean the skin, especially oily skin, and lemon juice can be used by applying it to the face. For ten minutes, then wash it with warm water, repeating the process several times a week or daily, or you can mix the juice of half a lemon with an egg white, and place the mixture on the face for ten minutes, then wash it with warm water, and repeat the process once or twice a week.

Tomatoes help soften and lubricate the skin, as they are a natural skin toner. In addition, they give freshness to the skin, shrink pores, and help treat skin blemishes and pimples. They can be used by mashing tomatoes, placing tomato paste on the face for 10 minutes, then washing the skin. To treat pimples, the paste is applied to the affected area for an hour.

Oils moisturize and soften the skin and are suitable for all skin types, as they contain vitamin A, vitamin E, fatty acids, and beneficial nutrients for healthy skin. These oils include: jojoba oil, coconut oil, sesame oil, baby oil, castor oil, and olive oil. Where one of the types of oils is placed on the body and massaged for one to two minutes or left overnight until the skin absorbs it, or by using it after showering, and repeating this process two or three times a week.
