Use almond oil

It removes unwanted stains, and to use it, almond oil is heated by placing it in a bowl inside a larger bowl containing hot water, leaving it for five minutes, then rubbing some almond oil on the hands, applying it to the skin, and gently massaging it for ten to fifteen minutes. Then use a clean cloth to remove excess oil from the skin, and the method is applied for fifteen days before going to sleep, then two to three times a week, then once a week.
Aloe vera use
Aloe vera is aloe vera gel taken from aloe vera leaves, and according to studies, aloe vera contributes to reducing the appearance of pigmentation and spots, and enhances the freshness and health of the skin, and to use it, some of it is applied to the skin for thirty minutes, then washed with water, and the process can be repeated twice a day for two weeks.
Use of retinol
Retinol is one of the natural forms of vitamin A, which is the main vitamin that treats damaged cells in the skin, and stimulates cell division in them, which leads to peeling and skin regeneration. In addition, retinol promotes collagen production in the body, and stimulates mitotic activity, which reduces wrinkles.

One of the effective ways to enhance the freshness of the skin is to drink enough water daily, in the amount of thirteen cups for men and nine cups for women, and you can also drink coconut water; Because it contains moisturizing properties for the skin, in addition to containing vitamin C, and some minerals such as potassium, calcium and magnesium.
