Diet before Ramadan

There are many people who suffer from significant weight gain, and are looking for all the appropriate ways and times to get rid of the extra kilograms in their bodies. Therefore, we advise every person who wants to lose weight to choose the months before Ramadan to start the diet, and then complete it in the blessed month. This also makes long-day fasting easier for a person who is overweight, as he is accustomed to lack of food.

Diet program before Ramadan

The diet begins at this stage by following a light, healthy diet program that reduces weight. To obtain the desired result, you must follow the program daily and not leave any day without a diet, because that increases the problem and does not solve it. The program includes:

  • Breakfast: It is an essential meal that should not be dispensed with, as it provides strength and vitality to the body throughout the day. A cup of milk sweetened with honey is eaten in addition to a small loaf of bread, a little cheese, yogurt, and one egg.
  • Lunch: Eat a little rice with a piece of skinless chicken breast, in addition to salad and yogurt. The next day, the chicken can be replaced with a piece of pure red meat or fish.
  • Dinner: It is preferable to eat a plate of salad and a small plate of vegetable soup or oatmeal.
  • Between the three meals: eat various fruits except bananas, drink light drinks such as tea and natural juice, and completely avoid soft drinks.
