How to prepare

We prepare a cooking pot, put oil in it, add onions to it, then stir it for a minute, add the amount of meat to it, and stir it with onions for a quarter of an hour over low heat, and cover it with a tight lid, and after this period, we put a cup of boiling water on the meat and add Salt and food spices, add a little black pepper, then cover the pot for ten minutes, then add the amount of black beans after taking them out of the water and stir well, and let the beans and meat boil for ten minutes, then add the chopped tomatoes to the bowl and stir well. Mature cowpea and meat are served to eat.

In this method, we control the amount of water, so if we want it to be broth or sauce, we add two tablespoons of tomato paste, add a cup of water, and it is cooked well and served with a rice dish.
