Fats

A large group of people suffer from the problem of fat accumulation in many areas of the body, including the arms area, which negatively affects the external and aesthetic appearance of the body, and reduces people’s self-confidence. Whatever the reasons behind this problem, its negative impact on the body necessitates finding appropriate ways to get rid of it, which we will mention in this article.

How to get rid of arm fat

It is necessary to determine the amount and percentage of fat accumulated in the body, as well as the fat around the arms area. To determine the best ways to treat this problem, the most prominent of which are:

Playing sports

It is known that exercising is the best way to get rid of the problem of arm fat accumulation in record time. Focus should be on arm exercises that target the muscles, especially the triceps and brachial muscles. This method is sufficient to burn fat, get rid of cellulite, and tighten the area. Among the recommended exercises are:

  • Do aerobic exercises, focusing on: swimming, dancing, speed dancing or Zumba, skiing, and others.
  • Push-ups, or as they are called in English; These exercises begin by pushing against the wall, gradually moving towards the ground, while being careful to keep the arms close to each other, to get the best results.
  • Exercises for the upper arm muscles, called in English (Triceps Kickback), in which the body must be bent forward, with the hand gripping the dumbbell, parallel to the ground.

Eat healthy food

  • Drink water in large quantities, more than the body needs, i.e. more than ten cups a day. This is to ensure the expulsion of toxins from the body and the disposal of waste.
  • Eat high-calorie foods and avoid the causes of this problem, the most important of which are: sweets, fast food, foods rich in oils, full-fat dairy, fatty meat, and others.
  • The role of alternative medicine in this aspect cannot be underestimated, as it is recommended to drink herbal drinks that help sculpt accumulated fat in the body, including the arm area, especially green tea, which contains digestive enzymes, ginger drinks, cinnamon, and mint. These drinks facilitate the work of the digestive system, soften the intestines, purify the blood, reduce the level of triglycerides, and give a feeling of fullness.
