Bring half a cup of milk, add a tablespoon of honey and olive oil or almond oil to it, put the mixture on the place you want and leave it for more than an hour, then wash the area well with lukewarm water.

Skin lightening bath

the ingredients:

  • liters of boiling water.
  • Two tablespoons of dried sage.
  • Two tablespoons of grated soap.
  • Two tablespoons of table salt.
  • Two tablespoons of sodium carbonate.
  • Two tablespoons of starch.

How to prepare:

  • Add sagebrush to boiling water, boil for a quarter of an hour, then set aside until we get a concentrated infusion of sagebrush, and after filtering the boiling water from the remains of sagebrush leaves, put the other ingredients, salt, sodium carbonate, starch, and grated soap, into the sagebrush infusion.
  • Prepare the bathtub and fill it with water to the extent that you want, then add the mixture to the water in the bathtub that you have prepared, and relax for a quarter of an hour.
