difference poem

Hisham Al-Jakh says in passages from his poem “The Difference” the following verses:

My love, this beginning is different

This eyelid-dwelling luster

Between the beginning and the beginning is different

This pain.. when its name is mentioned,

Or when its cry rises in the blood,

These lines are composed and their words are collected..

In order to become a poem, this poem differs

I loved you despite the crowd of gidwat

Despite the travel, despite the boredom, and despite the pain..

And despite my oath to be petrified over the cough of forgetfulness

(Nana) clinging to your jilbab

A wind disturbs your door

take her out of this space, make fun of her

I loved you against her will

These poems are different

Two-faced poem

Hisham Al-Jakh says in his poem “The Two Faces” the following verses:

With the guidance we have mercy.. the blessing of the Most Gracious

A promise from Wahhab in the Qur’an

And our eyes overflow to mention His majesty

And we see the existence of God by proof

I have seen God as a wise man

Meditator in creation and universes

Until the heart showed His majesty

So the eyes overflowed for his love

Life is like a silver coin

And everything in the world has two sides

The mind is the center of everything right

And love is the face of the charming scene

This is life with her heart and mind

A pair is not equal without the second

God is described as a wise man

And love we call him tenderness

I bet four of my friends: You'll love me!

And after staying up late, waiting, and reciting poems, she loved me

And we met, talked, hugged, and traveled where no one else would

And she confessed her love

To win, she gambles four of her friends

She said to them: He will love me!

Mother's poem

Hisham Al-Jakh says in his poem “The Mother” the following verses:

It was like all the palm trees of our town overlooking me from the highest sky

I secretly collect my toys.. and reshape the building

We lined up in the morning line, distracted by the singing

On the upper floor, prestige stood, like a seaside lighthouse, dressed as a woman

And you watch the queue in deft firmness and silence.. So our backs are straightened

The cheer is louder than the salutation of the flag flying in the yard

At her signal, the game teacher with a loud voice leads the class to our classrooms.

With a look from her, the worker rang the bell for the first period.

Where does all this firmness in her looks come from?

And I see her every night turning off the lights around me and making a tent out of her love.

And the warmth of her tenderness is knitted above a cover

And why do senior teachers fear her presence?

They adjust their clothes.. and watch the class as it passes

I don't see her like them

I still didn't get the fact that she was my mother and headmistress at my school

As a child, I do not differentiate between the events of the morning and the events of the evening.

But I still remember well my anger and boredom every night

When I fall asleep, she shakes me...and accuses me of always sleeping and that I missed dinner

She forgot that she still had traces of water on her hands from my ablution

Mom, after I prayed dinner
