The computer language is changed on Windows 7, 8, 10 operating systems, by following these steps:

• Press the Windows key with the letter i (Windows key + I), then click on Time & Language, then Region & Language, then Add a language.
• The language to be added is searched for, then any other necessary language packages are downloaded by pressing the Options button, then set as default, then set the country or region to obtain its local content.
• Press Windows key + X, then click on Control Panel, then Add a language, then choose Advanced settings.
• Apply language settings by clicking on the option: (Apply language settings to the Welcome screen, system accounts, and new user accounts).
• Under the Welcome screen and new user accounts under the Administrative tab, click Copy settings.
• Check the boxes next to the screen (Welcome screen and system accounts) and (New user accounts).
• Clicking on the OK button twice.

Note: It will require a device restart to accept the new settings.

To change the computer language in Windows 7, follow these steps:

• Click on the Start button (Windows logo) to open the Start menu.
• Enter the phrase change display language in the Windows search box, then click on it if it appears.
• The Region and Language window will appear.
• Click on the Keyboards and Languages ​​tab.
• Click on the Install/Uninstall Languages ​​button.
• Download the language you want to download from Microsoft if it is not among the languages ​​installed by default in Windows.
• Install the language pack to be used.

Change computer language in windows 10

To change the computer language in Windows 10, follow these steps:

• Press the Windows button with the letter i (Windows + I) to open the Settings window.
• Choose the time and language (Time & Language).
• Choose the region and language on the screen, then choose Add a language. The languages ​​available to be installed on the computer will then appear, as the arrangement of the languages ​​is in alphabetical order according to the default Windows language.
• Click on the language you want to download.
• Go back to the time and language screen, to show the languages ​​that have been installed.
• Clicking on the desired language, three options will appear at the bottom, namely: Set as default, Options, and Remove.
• Click on the Options option, then choose Download, to download the language pack and its keyboard.
