Log in to Gmail

There are several steps that please follow to log in (Sign in) to your Gmail account on both the browser and the application, and they are as follows:

Log in to Gmail via browser

Below are the steps to log in to Gmail email using one of the Internet browsers available on the user’s computer:

Go through an Internet browser to the Gmail account website, which can be accessed by clicking on the following link: Click here.
Enter the email address or phone number associated with the account you want to access. If the login data is filled out automatically and the user wants to log into another account, he can click on the Use another account option.
Click on the Sign in button.
Enter the password to protect your Gmail account.

Log in to Gmail through the application

Below are the steps to log in to Gmail email through the Gmail application for iPhone and Android mobile phones:

Open the Gmail application on the user's phone.
Click on the profile picture shown at the top of the application screen.
Click on the Add another account option.
Choose the Google account you want to access.
Follow the instructions shown on the application screen to complete login to your Gmail account, which is to enter your email address or phone number and password.

Log in to Outlook mail

There are several steps that please follow to log in to your Outlook email account or Hotmail email account on both the browser and the application, which are as follows:

Log in to Outlook via browser

Below are the steps to log in to the user's Outlook or Hotmail account using one of the Internet browsers on the user's computer:

Use one of the Internet browsers available on the user’s device to access the Outlook website, which can be accessed by clicking on the following link: Click here.
Click on the Sign in button.
Enter the email address or phone number for the Outlook or Hotmail account you want to access.
Clicking on the Next button.
Enter the password to protect the account.
Click on the Sign in button.

Log into Outlook through the application

Below are the steps to log in to the user's Outlook account via the mobile application:

Open the Outlook application on the user's mobile phone.
Click on the Get Started button that appears in blue in the middle of the application screen. This step is skipped if the user has previously logged into the Outlook account on his phone on previous occasions.
Enter the email address for your Outlook account.
Click on the Add Account option, then click on the CONTINUE option on Android phones.
Enter the password to protect your Outlook account.
Click on the Sign in button.

Log in to Yahoo Mail

Below are the steps to log in to the user's Yahoo Mail account using one of the Internet browsers on the user's computer:

Open the Yahoo website via the Internet through one of the Internet browsers available on the user’s device. This site can be accessed by clicking on the following link: Click here.
Click on the Mail button appearing at the top of the website screen.
Enter the email address of the Yahoo account you want to access.
Clicking on the Next button.
Enter the password for your Yahoo account.
Click on the Sign in option, then click again on the Mail button to enter your Yahoo inbox.
