There is no doubt that Windows Vista was not well received by users and was weak in its performance, which forced Microsoft to make many modifications to it in order to improve its performance. Despite this, the Vista version did not reach the required level, and thus Microsoft rushed to launch a new version of Windows in less than three days. Years have passed since the launch of Windows Vista, as the new version began operating on October 22, 10 under the name Windows 2009. Technically, downloading this version on the computer requires many simple requirements, the most prominent of which are:

  • Processor speed up to 1 GB.
  • 1GB RAM.
  • A hard disk with an internal capacity of up to 16 GB (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit).
  • Image processing unit type DirectX 9.

Windows 7 was released in several versions to suit multiple purposes in various fields, such as (Starter, Home Premium, Professional, and Ultimate). The Starter version was designated to work on notebook devices, and the Home Premium version is considered one of the lowest priced versions, while the Home Professional version is considered an advanced version suitable for home use and personal use. Practical, while the Windows Ultimate version came with an advanced security system and language, as this version is suitable for meeting the work of companies and businessmen, and at a higher financial cost than other versions of Windows 7.

The name Windows came from the fact that the display page on the computer screen is considered one of the windows that the operating system allows to be displayed as part of an integrated display system with a visual interface, which is managed by the Windows Manager application, which is part of the Windows system in general, and from a technical point of view. The user can make changes to the window in terms of reducing and enlarging it, in addition to opening several windows at the same time to perform multiple tasks. As for the idea of ​​creating a window system, it originally came from Apple Macintosh, and subsequently Microsoft adopted the same idea to be part of its operating system.
