The PUK code can be obtained in several ways, as follows:
- Examine the cover of the mobile chip, as the PUK code is usually printed on the back plastic cover of the chip that was purchased, and if the code is not found, it is possible to contact the retailer who sold the chip to the user, and ask for help from him.
- Communicate with the company that provides the service, and it will give the user the PUK code for his chip, as each chip has a special code, and it is possible for the user to be given a new code, after confirming his personal identity, home address, and other proofs.
- Search for the PUK code on the Internet, by entering the website of the telecom service provider, and checking the private account, as the search method differs according to the company.
Importance of the PUK code
The PUK code is an additional key to protect the mobile phone chip. It is also useful if the user wants to change the company providing the communication service while keeping the same mobile phone number.
