The problem of fat accumulation is widespread among males and females, old and young, without exception, and the areas where fat accumulates most are the abdomen and buttocks, so many people search for ways to slim down to obtain a fit and fit body.

Many people resort to diets to lose weight, but they are not sufficient. Therefore, it is recommended to follow specific exercises that tighten and strengthen the body and slim the areas that want to be slimmed. They also help to obtain a fit body faster.

 

Tips before doing slimming exercises

  • Consult a doctor if the person suffers from diseases before starting exercises.
  • Do not exercise after eating, but rather wait at least two hours.
  • When you feel tired and stressed, you should stop exercising.
  • Exercising should be done in a spacious, airy place, on a flat floor covered with carpet or a special exercise mat.
  • It is necessary to take sufficient rest between exercises, by sitting with your back straight and breathing deeply.
  • Do not drink a lot of water while performing exercises and immediately after finishing. It is preferable to drink moderately cold or warm water.
  • Wear loose, cotton clothing to absorb sweat.
  • Doing the required exercise correctly to prevent injuries or muscle strain.

The best slimming exercises

  • Ball exercise to slim and tighten the abdomen: lie on the back straight, then hold the ball with the hands and raise the back forward until the ball reaches the feet, then place it between the feet, after which the body is spread out on the ground and the back is raised again and the ball is picked up from between the feet, held with the hands, and so on. The exercise should be performed with a small number for beginners, as it is exhausting, and the abdominal muscles should be made to relax.
  • The switching exercise is an exercise similar to the movement of a bicycle. It works to slim the abdomen. It is done by lying on the back straight, with the hands intertwined behind the head, then the feet are raised straight up, and the back is raised with the shoulders until the elbow of the right hand touches the knee of the left foot, then the switch is made to the elbow of the hand. Left foot with the knee of the right foot at medium speed.
  • Balanced arms exercise burns fat in the abdomen, buttocks, and back, and helps lose calories in the body. It is done by lying on the back, with the legs bent and the feet planted on the ground, and the hands are extended straight back, then raised up straight while keeping the body from below stable.
  • The foot touching exercise works to tighten the abdominal muscles and slim the buttocks. It is done by lying on the back and raising the legs up straight and steady, then extending the right hand to touch the left foot, then switching and extending the left hand to touch the right foot.
  • Aerobic exercise for the feet: lying on the back and extending the hands beside the body, then raising the feet up and making circular movements with the feet, then bringing them back down, and so on.
