  • tablespoon fenugreek.
  • A liter of camel milk.
  • A tablespoon of black seed.
  • Five cloves of garlic.

The way

Grind each of the fenugreek and nigella sativa finely and mix with each other, then mash the garlic and add it with camel milk to the mixture, and take one cup of it three times a day for forty days.
