List of titles and nicknames of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) It is a group of titles and nicknames mentioned in many Shiite and Sunni sources to refer to Imam Ali bin Abi Talib 
More than 300 were mentioned in the book “The Names and Titles of the Commander of the Faithful,” in the book “The Zodiac in the Names of the Commander of the Faithful,” about 290, and in the book “The Titles and Attributes of Moulay Muttaqian” more than 590 names, titles, and attributes. For Imam Ali (peace be upon him), as Judge Nour Allah Al-Shushtari narrated on the authority of Prophet (PBUH) 247 titles given to Imam Ali (peace be upon him), in his book “Achieving Truth and Destroying Falsehood.”
One of the most famous titles of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) is Asadullah, AndCommander of the Faithful, AndVirgin husband, AndAl-Kawthar's legs, AndThe owner of the brigade, AndHaider Al-Karrar, AndDragonfly religion, AndAbu Turab.

The book “Names and Titles of the Commander of the Faithful”. Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him)” in the Western language, written by Ali Asghar Shakohi Al-Quchani. The author collected about 250 titles of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) and provided an explanation of them. The book was printed by the Razavi Shrine in Mashhad in the year 1387 AH.
