Ways to remove black dye from hair
There are many natural methods used to remove the black dye from the hair, including:
Lemonade
- We prepare the juice of three lemons, rub the hair dyed black with it, leave it to dry completely, and then wash it with distilled water only. When washing the hair, we notice that the color of the water has turned black. This is evidence of the descent of the dye from the hair.
- We repeat the process three times a week until the black dye comes off the hair completely, and this is evidenced by the descent of plain water when washing the hair.
baking powder
We need a color remover, which is a substance available in pharmacies and beauty supply stores. Where we mix it with baking powder well until we have a mixture of thick texture.

It is a foaming substance that removes unwanted colors in the hair, especially black dye and henna. This substance is available in pharmacies:
- We put an amount of color remover on the hair and rub it all over the hair for five minutes, then wash it with clean water.
- We note that the black dye is completely removed from the second use of this substance.
Vitamin C capsule mix
- Six pills of vitamin C and grind it until it becomes a powder.
- Mix vitamin C powder with anti-dandruff shampoo, then distribute the shampoo to all hair and massage it well.
- We cover the hair with a plastic cap for about an hour, so that the materials interact with the hair and remove the dye.
- We only wash hair with conditioner.
