Steps for dyeing blue
materials needed
- one or two cans of blue dye; Where the quantity depends on the density and length of the hair at the same time; If the hair is long and thick, three boxes of dye are used, but if it is of medium length and light or medium, one or two boxes of dye are used.
- A can of oxygen with a concentration of 9% for each can of dye; If the number of dye cans is three, then the number of oxygen cans is three.
- Three tablespoons of your hair oil.
- A quantity of hair conditioner.
- Dyeing tools: a nylon protective suit, a dye brush with a pointed head, a bowl for mixing the dye, clips, and two nylon gloves.
How to prepare
- Mix all ingredients together in your dye bowl.
- Prepare the hair for the shades of blue because the blue dye usually turns green, which requires shading the hair in the beginning, but if you want to dye the hair in a light blue color, the hair must first be bleached using oxygen or the blonde dye, and if you want it dark, the hair must first be dyed blonde dark.
- Divide the hair into several sections using the hair comb and clips.
- Apply the dye a distance of one centimeter from the roots of the hair, then distribute the dye along the strand using the soft pointed comb.
- Leave the dye on the hair for about three hours, until the blue color is well fixed on the hair, then dry the dye on the hair using a hair dryer, in order to get a more beautiful and shiny color that lasts for a longer period.
- Wash and rinse hair with cool water and color fixing shampoo.
- Apply hair oil or hair conditioner well on the hair in order to get soft, smooth hair and a beautiful, refreshing scent.
